Within your first 90 days with us you will be contacted 3 times to make sure you are up and running. Then, you can participate in advanced training sessions to learn even more about your CRS service and how to better reach your customers. An advanced training calendar is posted monthly so that you can schedule classes when it is convenient. If that isn’t enough, at any time you can request a one-on-one training session.Also, MechanicNet wants to help you let your customers know about the great new tools that you have to offer them through MyCar. We will provide you with a poster and invoice sticky-notes to help you promote this new service. We want to help you provide the exceptional service that your customers have come to expect.
