Shops that have collected consumer email addresses will be able to send this promotion to customers with a lowered enrollment fee for 2009. Shops that have not collected email addresses, or would rather send this promotion to customers using paper postcards, will be able to purchase paper postcards delivered by US Mail in quantities of their choosing.
